    We make custom sized mattresses!

    All our standard mattresses (and toppers!) are available in custom sizes, with a custom sized cover to match. You choose the mattress that works for you and we make it happen. Check out our mattress section for more information.

    We can make mattresses that are smaller or wider than standard sizes, or mattresses with rounded or curved edges. We make mattresses to fit your camper, or truck. We also make split mattresses. One side of the mattress can be firm, the other side soft.

    All our mattresses are made to order and are fabricated here in Winnipeg. We proudly carry CertiPUR-US® certified foam and foam that is manufactured in North America.

    Many of our products, including mattresses, are “made-to-order” and are usually ready for pick-up in 3-7 business days. Custom cushions are typically ready in 2-4 weeks.*

    If you require a quote for a custom project, please provide as many specific details as possible, including the height x width x length of the foam and whether you require a cover.

    *Completion dates for orders will vary, based on the availability of the foam & fabric selected and the extent of the project.
